I'm off to Uni, where a competition called BUSA exists.
To compete, it is necessary to fence all three weapons.
As Shu Lien says: "I prefer a sword, but some moves require a sabre".
I need to learn how to vent pure rage into people, through a thin and buttonless piece of metal, guarded only by steel and wits (or, in my case, just steel).
I would mind less if one person I consulted had not laughed in my face at the prospect of taking up ''the beserker's sport''

He who laughs last, laughs longest. Sabre is a challenging and rewarding weapon if fenced with skill and application. Be the exception to the rule and you will do well! One person's light-hearted preferences should not unduly influence yours; independence of beliefs and convictions is what makes a warrior what he is.
And another thing; rage won't do it at the end of the day. Intent will though....
I agree with Dave. Rage can be useful, but gradually, you will find that you will become uncalculated and too eager. This will make you angrier. A pattern emerges...
These are my feelings anyway.
